"Works okay, but a bit clunky for the price"
I was able to find what I needed, so the site does the job, but the menus felt kind of awkward to use and the search was slower than I expected. If I’m paying for something, I’d definitely hope for a smoother experience.

"Got the wrong scope, but it worked out"
I ordered one scope model and ended up getting a different one. Support did get back to me, though it took longer than I would’ve liked. It wasn’t a total disaster, just kind of frustrating when you’re waiting on a specific item and it isn’t what shows up. I guess it got handled in the end, but I wouldn’t say it was ideal

"Mounting was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I didn’t expect this to be such a hassle, but the mounting just would not line up right no matter what I tried. Ended up wasting pretty much my whole afternoon on it. On top of that, the constant aggressive reminders were really annoying and just made the whole experience feel even more frustrating.

The scope works fine overall, but the build feels kinda lighter than I was hoping. I’ve taken it out a few times and it’s held up okay so far, I’m just not totally sure it’ll handle rougher use over the long run.

"Took Me a Minute, but It Worked Out"
I set this up over the weekend while I was trying to get a few other things done, so I wasn’t exactly giving it my full attention at first. The packaging was fine, everything seemed to be there, and I didn’t have to dig around online for extra help, which I always appreciate. I did run into one small snag partway through, but once I slowed down and actually followed the instructions, it was straightforward. Overall, setup was mostly easy.

"Warranty support worked out, I guess just slower than I expected"
I had to use the warranty on my Burris scope, and to be fair, they did get it taken care of in the end. The support people were nice enough, so maybe I’m being a little picky, but the replies felt slow and I ended up following up more than once. There were a couple times where I wasn’t totally sure what was going on or if I needed to do something else. It wasn’t a bad experience, and I’m glad they fixed it, but I do think the whole process could’ve been a bit clearer and smoother.

"Assumed it would fit, but nope"
I ordered this scope using the usual mental shortcut of “looks compatible, should be fine,” but that didn’t really work out here. The mount and fitment details weren’t clear enough, and once I tried putting it on my rifle, it just didn’t line up right. I ended up spending way more time messing with it than I expected. Maybe it fits certain setups just fine, but for mine, it was mostly a hassle and felt like wasted time.

"Repair took way too long"
I sent my optic in for repair and the wait was frustrating. I understand repairs can get backed up, but it ended up taking way longer than I was expecting, and it felt like the terms or timeline kept shifting from what I thought I was agreeing to at the start.
They did respond when I checked in, but most of the updates were basically just that it was still in process. The product itself is fine, but the slow turnaround and changing expectations make me not really want to deal with their repair process again

The scope itself feels decent in hand, but the reticle on mine was disappointing. Compared to other scopes I’ve used around this price range, the lines just don’t look as clean, they’re a bit fuzzy and uneven around the edges. It’s even more noticeable in low light, which makes it harder to ignore. I was expecting something sharper for the money, so this one left me feeling let down

"Good packaging, just some avoidable tape hassle"
My order from burrisoptics.com arrived in good condition overall. The box felt sturdy, and nothing was dented or crushed, which I always appreciate.
The item inside was packed well with enough padding to keep it from shifting around. Everything looked clean, new, and exactly how it should when I opened it up.
The only reason I’d knock it down a bit is because the tape job was kind of messy and harder to cut through than it needed to be. It wasn’t a huge problem, just an avoidable little annoyance

"Nice glass, shame about the zero"
The scope is actually clear, which almost makes it more annoying that it couldn’t hold zero after a few trips to the range. I wanted to like it, and visually it punches above its weight, but that doesn’t help much if you’re constantly re-adjusting. Support was fine, I guess, polite enough, just not especially helpful or memorable.

I kept checking the tracking every day, hoping to see some kind of movement, but nothing changed for way too long. After a while I started noticing the same pattern: no update, no clear info, just more waiting. The product may be fine, but the shipping experience was frustrating.

"Really Struggles Once It Gets Dim"
I bought this scope specifically for evening hunting, it starts getting dark and blurry way too fast. I don’t have time to be fighting with visibility right when I actually need it. For the price, I expected a lot better. Frustrating and definitely disappointing

"I picked up this Burris scope thinking it..."
I picked up this Burris scope thinking it would be solid, and at first I was happy with it. But after a few trips to the range it started losing zero, which got old fast. I checked the mounts, screws, all of that, and everything was tight, so I don’t think it was something on my end. One minute I’m trying to dial things in, next minute I’m wondering if it’s me, the ammo, the rifle, who knows. But it kept coming back to the scope. Frustrating when you’re missing shots because the optic just won’t stay put. Didn’t end up being reliable for me.
